The Demeyere Proline frying pan is perfect for searing meat and potatoes . The multi-layered 7-ply material makes the pan with a diameter of 28 cm ideal for this type of frying. This is made of stainless steel and aluminum, among other things, and guarantees that the heat remains constant from the bottom to the edge and that the food is cooked evenly. The pan is suitable for all types of stoves. Thanks to a combination of three alloys, it is even more efficient on induction hobs. The frying pan is also oven-safe. The ergonomically shaped pan handle sits comfortably in the hand. It is made of cast stainless steel and remains pleasantly cool even when heated to high temperatures. For hygienic and easy cleaning, it receives a surface treatment with Silvinox. This treatment ensures that the material retains its silvery-white color and does not become dull. The pan also has a visually appealing design and is therefore suitable for both frying food and serving it on the table.
