Zwilling® Forte grill pan measures 28 cm. The stainless steel handle that does not heat up during use. The base of the pan is composed of high-quality, solid aluminium and therefore is suitable for all types of kitchens, including induction. Pan has titanium-Extreme (Ti-X) non-stick coating. This offers three advantages: the aluminium pan has outstanding non-stick properties, the heat is distributed evenly in the pan during cooking and the pan is extremely resistant to scratches and wear.
