DESCRIPTION
The Zwilling Now 8-Piece Knife Block contains 5 knives, a pair of scissors and a sharpening steel of the quality you are used to from Zwilling. The chef’s knives are not only pleasant to use with the ergonomic plastic handle, they are also extra strong and durable. This is partly due to Friodur’s hardening process. For a long life of the knives keep the blade sharp and wash them by hand. Proper maintenance of the knife will allow you to cut food more safely since the pressure to be exerted with a sharp blade will always be less.
