ZWILLING Twin Grip knife set

This Zwilling Twin Grip three-piece peeling knife set is incredibly practical for daily use. The relatively light-weight knives are made from top-quality materials. The plastic handles are ergonomically shaped and seamlessly merge with the blade. As such bacteria cannot accumulate underneath the handle, making these knives incredibly hygienic.

The blade has been made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled down to -70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.

After the hardening process the blade is sharpened in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone.

Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Twin Grip collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.
